How I Style My Charcuterie Boards for the Fall

It’s definitely no secret how much I love the Fall. While everyone longs for the sweet sunsets of Summer and lounging by the ocean, I dream of colorful leaves, apple cider donuts and frolicking through vineyards.

But the best part about Fall? Fall inspired charcuterie boards of course! And the easiest way to infuse the spirit of the season onto your boards is by incorporating my favorite: Cheese Pumpkins!

These viral, adorable little treats are the perfect additions to any Fall spread – and the best part is that they literally only take a couple of minutes to whip together.

Let’s dive into them! Here’s what you need:

#1: Boursin

Boursin is a soft, creamy cheese available in various flavours, with a flavour and texture similar to cream cheese

#2: Rubber Bands

You’ll need at least 4 small rubber bands to help create your “pumpkin shaped indents”

#3: Cling Wrap

You will need Cling Wrap to help shape your boursin into a ball and set into it’s pumpkin shape.

#4: Rosemary

Your rosemary will act as an adorable little stem for your pumpkin!

Now that we have our ingredients – here’s how to make them!

Shape your Boursin into a ball (get ready to get your hands messy!).

Cover the Boursin in saran wrap.

Take 4 rubber bands and place around ball of Boursin (this will help create your pumpkin indents!)

Place in the fridge for *at least* an hour (the longer the better!)

Unwrap your ball of Boursin and remove the rubber bands. Pro tip: use a scissor to cut them at the top.

Stick a sprig of rosemary in the center and serve with your favorite crackers. Enjoy!
