Now that you have your ingredients and materials, it’s time to start styling your salami. Below I outline 3 easy creative styling techniques that only take minutes to learn!

Salami Styling #1: Salami Rose

Salami roses are a beautiful yet easy addition to any charcuterie board presentation. They are made by rolling thin, large slices of salami into a rose-like shape, using a small wine glass.

  1. Start with 6-8 slices of genoa salami rounds and a small wine glass.
  2. Layer your slices of salami in an overlapping pattern around wine glass so the full rim is covered.
  3. Flip your wine glass over carefully & place the salami rose on your board.

Salami Styling #2: Salami Roll-Up

Salami roll ups add a unique touch to any charcuterie board! They are made by lining up thin, large slices of salami and then rolling them up from one end to another. I used hot soppressata for the example below.

  1. Start with 6-8 slices of Salami in an overlapping line.
  2. Fold your line of salami in half and then begin rolling the salami from one end to the other.
  3. Transfer your salami roll-up to your final arrangement!

Salami Styling #3: Salami Rounds

Salami rounds are definitely the simplest form of styling, but add such a nice touch to any board. Simply slice up your italian dry salami and lay in an overlapping pattern on your final arrangement.

  1. Start with a hard link of dry-aged salami.
  2. Slice salami in 1/4 inch thick pieces.
  3. Arrange your salami in an overlapping pattern on your final arrangement.

Easy peasy! Which one will you try first?
